Information You Enter Into DUE.

DUE. is developed and operated by Cyber Heaven LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how DUE. handles information when you use the app.

DUE. allows you to enter personal financial information such as income names and amounts, pay schedules, expense names and amounts, due dates, expense categories, and payment status or history.

DUE. stores this information locally on your device. When iCloud is available, DUE. may also synchronize this information through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account so that your DUE. data can remain available across your Apple devices.

02

Private iCloud Storage

DUE. uses Apple's CloudKit service for synchronization. Financial information synchronized through DUE. is stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account.

Private CloudKit data is controlled by your Apple Account and is not visible to Cyber Heaven LLC through the CloudKit developer portal. Cyber Heaven LLC does not operate a separate server that receives or stores your DUE. financial records.

Apple's handling of information through iCloud and CloudKit is governed by Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms.

03

Information Collected by Cyber Heaven LLC

Cyber Heaven LLC does not collect your DUE. financial records on company-operated servers.

The current version of DUE. does not use third-party advertising networks, behavioral analytics services, data brokers, or third-party tracking technologies.

DUE. does not sell your personal information and does not use your information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

04

App Preferences

Certain preferences, such as your selected currency, week-start preference, onboarding status, and reminder settings, may be stored locally on your device using Apple system storage.

05

Notifications

If you enable bill reminders, DUE. uses Apple's local notification system to schedule reminders on your device. You can disable these reminders in DUE. or change notification permissions through iOS Settings.

06

Data Retention and Deletion

Your DUE. data remains on your device and, when iCloud synchronization is available, in your private iCloud database until it is deleted.

DUE. provides an Erase All Data option in Settings that removes income, expenses, and payment history from DUE. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, those deletions are also synchronized through your private iCloud database.

Deleting the DUE. app from a device may remove its local data from that device but does not necessarily delete information already stored in your private iCloud database. You should use DUE.'s Erase All Data option before removing the app if you want to delete your DUE. records.

07

Security

DUE. relies on Apple's iOS data-protection mechanisms and CloudKit infrastructure to store and synchronize information. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

08

Changes to This Policy

Cyber Heaven LLC may update this Privacy Policy if DUE.'s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when changes are made.
